BLK BOX 3 Tier Plate Storage

Designed and manufactured in Belfast, the BLK BOX Wall Mounted 3 Tier Plate Storage is an essential piece of kit to have, whether you train in a small home gym or run a large-scale facility, to keep it clutter free and organised.

The BLK BOX Wall Mounted 3 Tier Plate Storage once installed gives you access, within arm’s reach, to 3 utility weight pegs of which to store your Weight Plates. Each pin is weight tested to 110kg allowing you to store up to 330kg safely, in an orderly fashion.

The unique design of the BLK BOX Wall Mounted 3 Tier Plate Storage incorporates a 1-degree tilting of the weight peg upwards and to one side. This allows it to be installed either vertically or horizontally, while ensuring the Weight Plates won’t slide off. The 1-degree tilt is subtle enough to not take away from the aesthetics of the product but effective enough to secure the bumper plates.

The spacing between the weight pegs is 480mm allowing plenty of room to load and unload the weight pegs. Each pin is 48mm which fits all BLK BOX Weight Plates perfectly.

Each weight peg has a loadable length of 300mm, allowing for ample amount of storage for all your Weight Plate needs. These weight pegs have dome endcaps fitted to aid loading the Weight Plates on, enabling the Weight Plate to not snag as easily.

Construction:

Made from start to finish in our HQ here in Belfast, the BLK BOX Wall Mounted 3 Tier Plate Storage is constructed from locally sourced laser-cut 6mm mild steel plate & 48.3mm mild steel tubing.

After being laser-cut and welded with care by our in-house fabrication teams, the BLK BOX Wall Mounted 3 Tier Plate Storage enters our internal industrial paint line, going through various stages of washing, drying, and painting before coming out freshly baked in our signature black textured powdercoat finish.

The textured powdercoat finish gives the BLK BOX Wall Mounted 3 Tier Plate Storage a distinct and stylish look.

What is the weight capacity of the 3 Tier Plate Storage?

Each utility weight peg of the BLK BOX Wall Mounted 3 Tier Plate Storage is weight tested to 110kg, therefore a total of 330kg (3 x 100kg) can be stored safely.

• HD Plates – 100kg (per Weight Peg),
• Impacts Plates – 60kg (per Weight Peg),
• Blackout / Utility Plates – 75kg (per Weight Peg).

DELIVERY & TRACKING

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery.  If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

MANUFACTURED ITEMS

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 10-25 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
