We aim to dispatch and deliver all in stock items within 2-10 working days depending on your location in the UK & Ireland.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

We ship our orders via Parcel / 2 Man Delivery or Pallet depending on the size of your order and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. To track your order click here for orders placed online; Track an Online Order and here for orders placed via our Sales team; Track an Offline Order

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery.  If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges. 

MANUFACTURED ITEMS

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 10-25 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

What height of uprights are available and can I change these?

The uprights on our Goliath Half Rack are 2.4m. Giving the rack a total height of 2.408m. We have 3.6m uprights available on request.

Does this rig come with bolts to secure to the wall?

Yes, our Goliath Wall Mounted Monkey Bar Rig comes with bolts to mount to the wall.

What is the width of the squat bay?

The width of the squat bay on the Wall Mounted Monkey Bar Rig is 1.2m (measurements taken from outside of upright to outside of upright)

Can this rig be customised?

Yes, custom colour and brand plate options available. Custom Wall Ball Targets are also available. Please note that this will increase lead time and cost.  

What colours are available? Can you match a colour?

9 Standard colours are available for our Goliath rigs/racks – (Black, Yellow, Orange, Red, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, Grey, White)

Are custom colours available?

Custom colours are available upon request. You can also match colours, however this will increase the lead time. Please get in touch for more information

What coating is on your pull-up bars / are your pull-up bars slippy? Can you do a raw bar? 

Our pull up bars are coated in textured powdercoat and are not slippy. Yes, raw bars are available for our Goliath range. Please get in touch for more information

Is the Goliath Wall Mounted Monkey Bar Rig made to order?

Yes, the Goliath Wall Mounted Monkey Bar Rig is made to order and is manufactured in Belfast

What type of wall can it be bolted to?

All of our wall mounted rigs are designed for mounting to a concrete wall. If mounting to a non concrete wall always seek advice of a professional (builder) who can advise you with the best mounting option 

What is included with this rig?

One pair of J-Hooks and 6 Utility Pegs are included with our Goliath Wall Mounted Monkey Bar Rig. We also offer a range of attachments which compatible this rig
