BLK BOX Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull Rig GYM RIGS

Using the Isometric Mid Thigh Pull (IMTP) Rig is a safe method of testing maximal strength and is highly practical and time efficient method, particularly in team environments. The IMTP and use of isometrics is often used in training programmes for athletes to effectively develop strength, power, and tendon stiffness. The fixed rack offers a consistent standard as the athletes can simply replicate the same motion each time. There are 38 different slots for the barbell, each spaced 32.5mm apart meaning it can be adjustable easily based on the athlete using it.

What is an Isometric Mid Thigh Pull (IMHP)?

An IMHP requires and individual to pull a fixed barbell with a maximum effort for 3-5 seconds. The test can quantify peak force, relative force, rate of development force, time to peak force etc. 

How many slots are there for the barbell?

There are 38 slots in total, each spaced 32.5mm apart and numbered for easily identification.

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery.  If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges. 

MANUFACTURED ITEMS

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 10-25 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
