BLK BOX Reverse Hyper

The BLK BOX Reverse Hyper is a highly useful product used for training the lower back more safely than some other back exercises. Compatible with any BLK BOX Weight Plate, the Reverse Hyperextension doesn’t overload or apply any vertical compression to the spine, and is also beneficial for strengthening and stretching the hamstrings, glutes and hips.

A highly sought after product for physical therapy and back rehab exercises, the BLK BOX Reverse Hyper offers one of the best methods to safely increase blood flow and relieve pressure for optimal chance of recovery. It can also be used to focus on hip extension when rehabbing from a foot, knee or ankle injury.

The frame is laser cut mild steel with a high density foam padded top for additional comfort and comes with a Spud Inc Belt which fastens around your ankles, enabling you to move the weight plates at a pace controlled by you. The 2 sets of neoprene handles provide additional grip for varying user heights. The rubber feet will keep the product securely in place and will reduce the impact on the floor.

We ship our orders via Parcel / 2 Man Delivery or Pallet depending on the size of your order and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. PALLET DELIVERY

 

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 10-25 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
