The ANCORE Trainer is an extremely functional and compact cable strength trainer. Whether it’s a large commercial facility or home gym, the ANCORE Trainer has been designed to save space all while offering a fully functional training experience. With a total weight of 65lbs (29.48kg), resistance can be easily added or taken away simply by twisting on or off the plates (there are 6 plates included as standard).Â
The constant tension of the ANCORE Trainer allows any athlete to incorporate explosive movements into their training to build speed and full body power. The wide range of attachments available also makes the ANCORE Trainer extremely versatile in the range of movements that can be done. Whether it’s twists, presses, rows, rotations, chops- you name it and the ANCORE Trainer can do it. Functional training with the ANCORE Trainer is seamless and allows for a complete range of exercises and variations.
Included with the ANCORE Trainer is:
- 1 ANCORE Trainer
- 4 High Resistance Plates (10lbs of 1:1 resistance per plate)
- 2 Low Resistance Plates (5lbs of 1:1 resistance per plate)

Perfect for mounting option where an athlete or a facility will be using the ANCORE Trainer in the same spot. Using Multiple wall mounts can provide height variability Installation required. Hardware included to mount to a wooden stud wall however the use of wall plugs or similar can be used to mount the ANCORE to a brick or concrete wall. Please seek advice from an independent expert before mounting. Â

PALLET DELIVERY
All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet.
