The Slide Board Pro is ideal for athletes looking to build lateral power, agility and endurance. Capably of dozens of applications, the Slide Board allows for a variety of training and conditioning exercises for sport specific training, fitness, rehabilitation and physical therapy.
Manufactured from polycarbonate resin, Slide Board is light-weight and portable, making it ideal for use in the gym, outside or even in your living room. Athletes of all ages and types benefit from the aerobic workout of using a slide board.

Can the Slide Board Pro be used on carpet?
It is recommended to use the Slide Board Prop on a hard surface.
The Slide Board Pro can be used on any hard flat surface such as concrete, asphalt or wood. You can place a thin liner under the Slide Board to prevent any damage to the floor and the bottom surface of the Slide Board. It is completely mobile with its integrated carry handle, carry bag and storage bungee cord.
Do I need to add anything to the Slide Board Pro surface?
You do not need to add any type of polish or spray to the board. It is designed to work without any additive as the slight resistance offers a better workout.

PALLET DELIVERY
All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 10-25 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.
