The BLK BOX Binary Multi Grip Pull Up Bar Attachment has been designed specifically for the BLK BOX Binary Foldaway Rack and offers a new element to your training. It can be easily and securely fastened to the Binary Foldaway Rack using 4 hitch pins in total, 2 of which are provided with the Binary Rack. The BLK BOX Binary Multi Grip Pull Up Bar Attachment offers 3 grips- narrow neutral grip, wide neutral grip and wide grip. These different grip variations play a pivotal role in targeting your upper body muscles and help you master the pull-up.

This attachment is manufactured on-site in our Belfast HQ from the same steel as our rigs and racks. There is a textured powder coat finish, providing a good grip and a long lasting and resilient coating.

What is the benefit of having different grip positions?

Different grip variations play a pivotal role in targeting your upper body muscles and help you master the pull-up. Each of the grips is described below:

Narrow neutral grip: With palms facing each other, use the innermost handles of the bar to hit the bottom of your bicep and produce greater recruitment of the lower lats.

Wide neutral grip: This grip focuses heavily on the lats and biceps, with greater recruitment of upper lats than the narrow neutral grip.

Wide grip: Arguably the toughest grip, the wide grip pull-up will isolate the upper back muscles.

How is this attached to the binary rack?

This can be easily and securely fastened to the Binary Foldaway Rack using 4 hitch pins in total, 2 of which are provided with the Binary Rack.

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.
